1.How long does it take for an order to arrive?

A: Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified to you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 10-14 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

2.What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

A: If you feel you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at  or email us at ushtate.info@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that you receive a refund as each product is original and cannot be replicated. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

3.What are in shipping charges?

A: The shipping charges will be based on the total weight of the package. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address given to us by you at the time of placing the order.

CUSTOMISATION

5.Do you make customized jewelry?

Each piece of jewelry is unique and original. We will consider your request to design and create a customized piece of jewelry, depending on the materials available and the complexity of the design.

6.Do you resize jewelry?

Certain adjustments in sizing are possible for rings, anklets and bracelets. Please contact us at ushtate.info@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the order.

7.Can I see the jewelry in person?

At present, we are only selling at our online store at ushtatehandmade.com and on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

8.Which currency are your prices in?

Our prices are in INR (Indian Rupees).

9.What payment options do I have?

We accept payments via Net banking, credit/debit cards, Wallets, NEFT or Bank transfers. Your orders will only be processed upon successful payment.
